what are the top frats like?

They're the best plain in simple; 1. Delt 2. Ato 3. Kappa Sig

They all take slightly different types of guys, but it's hard to explain how they differ from one another via text. You would have to meet them for yourself to learn their personalities. I definitely think Ato has slightly more rowdy guys than delt or kappa Sig (constantly being reckless/loud). Delts are a little more laid-back (like to have bonfires and play vball at the house). Kappa Sig has very recently been considered a "top" house just because of how good their last two pledge classes turned out, so I honestly don't know what they are like yet or what their stereotype is going to end up being.

ATO isn't doing to hot right now. Humor has it they are struggling with dues. (Not a good thing.)

Delt went under chapter review and fixed a lot of their problems, seems like their doing a little better, but still has the typical "delt" rep.

Kappa sig is solid frat here.

IMO kappa sig would be the best bet, but check all the frats out and don't use this website to much lol

I always thought of Delt as the more Preppy/ frat douche of the 3. Kappa sig being a little more country or like southern fraternity but also having people that don't fit that. ATO being like the more just your standard frat guys. But really they arnt to much different and if you went one of them you could probably have fit in with the others also

You should check out all of the fraternities and find your fit instead of asking people which ones to go for on here
