Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 3.0 Low middle tier fraternity at TXST. They aren’t very popular and their parties tend to not be a huge hit like other on and off campus fraternities. Nice group of guys, fairly friendly. Just need to boost their popularity and they could be something.
