Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity Ratings at TXST

They cheated their way on. They were invited wo our permission, in violation of school rules and IFC bylaws. Our charters were threatened if we didn't allow it. They cut in line when PhiTau was already approved and when older groups with active alumni have been waiting a decade to get back. Other suspended orgs now won't be allowed back because of this. Then they made such bad grades it tanked the whole council, and they insulted half the fraternities on campus. We all hope they fail.

Give them a chance--all you guys were geeks once and probably still are--put a lid on it--the competition must be rough since you're slamming them--they have to get it going man.

Every fraternity has some hiccups but pretty well does represent their principles regardless what you think. They aren't cookie cutter. They mold guys into better men. If you're not molding you're not a fraternity. Part of that is instilling self respect and professionalism that's reflected in appearance among other things. Theta Chi is the epitome of not getting it. They are an anti-fraternity group full of "gamers" and weird kids that should be locked in their mom's basement.

New Organization, rocky start but they seem to have a good message. It's pretty refreshing to see a fraternity that isn't cookie cutter and molded. I look forward to seeing how they overcome the obvious obstacles and become a fraternity that ACTUALLY lives up to their code of conduct and expectations.

Let's ignore the fact that they got their charter by strong arming every other IFC fraternity to vote for them. I saw them in the quad and talked to them. They're awkward, not social, and really an insult to every man who calls himself a fraternity gentleman at Texas State.

Scammed their way on campus, recruited a bunch of weirdos, got lowest grades. I hope they get better cause it can't get much worse.
