Among all the fraternities I've rated here at Texas State I can definitely say these guys are on the come up. They are rebounding after being kicked off a couple years ago but are easily within the top three next to sae and sig chi.

Key word, POTENTIAL. Some cool dudes in Pi kappa phi and their properties are super nice. They’re definitely on the rise but they need to have a good pledge class this year if they wanna compete with SAE or Sigma Chi for top house.

I don’t care what anyone says, these guys know how to party! Their tailgates were one of the reasons that I decided to keep going this semester to tailgates cause everyone’s was so terrible.

These guys are really so mad that they can’t take as good of pledges as the off campus fraternities that they’ve resorted to snitching on them to the school. Hilarious actually, their recruitment chair is super creepy too.
