Kappa Alpha Order - ΚΑ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 2.3 all you ever hear about is how much they abuse their pledges. their house sucks. definitely on a downward slope. i've seen the same drunk active yell at girls at 3 different events. you cant have people like that and expect to have good PR.
