Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 1.0 Interesting group of guys, nothing really to negative about them though. Forsure no where near a top house on campus and I can’t see anyone being able to refute that. Cool group of guys on come up but can’t imagine them being in the top tier discussion.
