Unfortunately, they have fallen. They don’t say sleezy dz for nothing. They’ve been cute in the past, but after they submitted their list backwards last year, that’s not the case now. Not to mention they are snobby towards anyone who isn’t in their sorority. The most drama among each other for sure.

Let’s be honest, they are top. Their sisterhood is the best there is, and you can’t deny it. Yeah they like to party and are seen out and about, but who doesn’t? They obviously still meet their gpa requirement, so why not have fun while doing so? Their last couple of pledge classes helped put them on top.

Key word, POTENTIAL. Some cool dudes in Pi kappa phi and their properties are super nice. They’re definitely on the rise but they need to have a good pledge class this year if they wanna compete with SAE or Sigma Chi for top house.

I went through recruitment in 2018 and ended up having to drop out on pref day for personal reasons. Anyways, when I went to axid the girls were so nice and sweet, and I honestly thought that’s just how everyone is supposed to be during rush. One girl told me she’d still be my friend even if I loved another house more! Not kidding, this girl reached out to me when recruitment was over saying I hope you found your home, I would still love to be friends. They are so genuine and so sweet!
