I'm not sure why ZTA is ranked last... They have the nicest house that rooms the most girls (AXiD will argue and say they have the better house but I disagree)They always look extremely put together they have great fraternal relations and their philantrophy goes beyond the greek community and involves everyone.

Their older guys are really cool guys and super fun. Lately they have been so focused on taking huge pledge classes that they are begining to suck more and more. All of their cool guys seem to go inactive. The riverhouse sucks.
