KA has a top tier rep & tradition. They have some great quality guys, and a bunch of douches. Their house is falling apart with no plans to replace it. They can't keep up with Delt or ATO in recruiting, which means money, which means social and sorority relations. KA is still top 3, but they need to turn some things around if they want to stay there long term.

No they don't. You don't in one semester go form bottom tier to usurping one of the oldest chapters or have alumni with names on buildings. I'm glad derby days went well, but you're not upper middle tier overnight. KSig is in decline, but they're still top half.
