Dont give all 5's but dont give all 1's. They just got last years big phi delt corner house and have one of the best off campus houses. Not always like KA and Delt with the annoying southern-ness but definitely more fun to hang out with than those two. They always seem to have a good crowd come around

Coming from a girl: these guys aren't the most attractive, or really the most fun. But they are really honest, and down to earth. If you are looking for a group of nice, genuine guys to hang out with, LOOK NO FURTHER.
