as a girl who is IN gamma phi i'll be honest and say sure, not all of our girls are perfect looking, and there is most definitely a few strange girls...but don't you get strange/not perfect looking people in every sorority? there's also a decent amount of really good looking, cool girls. i've only talked to 3 or 4 girls who did go through formal rush so we are for sure not "leftovers" or anything like that. for being brand new i think we are making a good impression.
