For being a new chapter, these girls seem pretty involved on campus. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. If they were a little more selective, they could be well on their way towards the upper tier. Dunno. See what they do with some time, I guess.

They are making a huge impact here already. Every chapter has a few awkward or unattractive girls but people like to pick on the new chapter. Every single Gamma Phi I've met has been friendly and kind and that's a lot more than I can say about girls in a lot of other groups (including mine!)
