Nothing like Phi Delt! There is no fraternity even close to Phi Delt. Phi Delt use to be the top of the top before they got kicked off. After they were gone the fraternities at State just went downhill from there. Phi Delt will remain as one if not the best fraternity at TX State. I love partying with them and the guys were so FUN and Nice Phi Delt was the best
