sigma chi

Ladies of sororities,
What do y'all think about sigma chi? I think they've had the best parties this year and are going to move up tier wise in the near future if they get a solid pledge class. Just wanted to get your thoughts because I've heard such a mixed review of them. I'd say they're upper middle tier as of now.
