what is rush as a sophomore girl like?

i'm rushing sophomore year... And I want to know what my chances are with certain houses and if I need to do more work than freshmen girls to get into the houses I want? what things are sororities looking for in sophomore girls ? And what are The rules and requirements for sorority is taking sophomores??
Any advice too!
