ok "Greek Guy" you're wrong. most of the people on the panhellenic board are pi phis, kappas, and thetas. last year's panhellenic president was a theta, and so was the one the year before her. this year's is a kappa. you're clearly misinformed, so take a better look at who's involved in panhellenic and on the board.

These rankings are bass ackward depending on what you're looking for. Yes, pkt likes to be known for being most social and that's what they care about the most. But everyone is social and every sorority has gorgeous ladies. In terms of student leaders, Alpha chi omega and DG are by far the most involved sororities at Smu. Alpha chi has dominated student senate for years with more student senators than every other sorority combined and DG is also very involved. Both hold exec positions on community service boards, and Chio and alpha chi have been top in GPA's for years. All great choices so pay no attention to insecure people who fell they have to post rankings on this site

Top achievers and most involved movers and shakers and best all around sororities are chio, alpha chi omega, theta and dg
Any one can party and everyone will get married but the women in chio, axo, dg and theta will have the most options and be the most successful

The KATS associate with questionble lower tier fraternities.

The only bottom tier fraternity at smu is sigma chi and theta doesn't actually mix with them

So true. Tiers are passé. PKT is great and the most into social, but historically the least into achievement or any kind of meaningful leadership and therefore by no means better than anyone else.

Can't say kappa pi phi or tridelt are top tier. They contribute less to campus life than anyone else. Whoever heard of a pi phi or kappa student leader. They win nothing in homecoming and do nothing special - always bottom gpas. Not to say they aren't great girls because they are but anyone who says they're better than theta, Chio, alpha chi omega, or d g are blowing smoke
