the best actual houses at smu?

I'm not talking tiers here, I'm talking about the actual houses Greek organizations live in. Which ones are the best on campus?

ChiO, Kappa, PiPhi, and TriDelt all have new/newer houses and DG's new house will open next year. Those are the nicest ones, IMO. The new ChiO house is gorgeous inside!

I love the history of the older ones. Just like older campus buildings I prefer they be restored rather than torn down if possible. We have such a beautiful campus.

I completely agreed that you cannot get the classic refinement in the new houses even though they are beautiful. You loose some of the sense of tradition which makes our houses and campus so special.
