That's because they are a second string party house and not a top Texas chapter that is well thought of. Sloppy, average and wantabe's is the best description.

This house has been slipping: Had to snap bid in recent years. Not hating on California girls but just saying Pi Phi is middle tier and the members they are taking is just one indication that this is true.

i agree with those that are observing that Pi Phi is dropping. It has nothing to do with their out of state girls they are simply sloppy partiers that can be found embarrassing themselves too often. Oh yeah, this is not a "Katty" person's response, just an honest observer.

This is the first time I have gotten on this site in months but I do agree that our PBP chapter is not as strong as it was just 5 years ago. I could not care less what state someone is from but they are sloppy. No, I am not a Theta and agree they have been posting too much to. I'm just stating that what others are writing is true no matter how many times it is denied.

Someone finally calls out this low class group and they jump all over those that agree. Looks like this post may be hitting too close for comfort. All the houses here are superior but they just are not the best we have to offer.

i don't see how pi phi is classified as a "second string house"? every sorority is going to have its stereotypes, but PBP has a lot of great girls. Pi phi is 100% a house girls aspire to be in. it has so many smart and beautiful girls... so why all the hate?
