Money problems? Something I've heard. Still a high choice for girls but each year they seem to be slipping

Good class for them. Maybe better than Pike? They have a certain crowd though for girls. Interesting to see a lot of guys in phi delt that don't go out or really do that much... probably for the best. This house is quieting down in a good way.

Not sure about them this high but I had a few sisters go on their away and apparently some of these guys have a crazy time. Heard a rumor they had like 9 pledges but also have heard they had more? Meeting more of them, apparently they have the money, they definitely need to go out more and have parties which I don't think they do too much
Sig Chi=KA
Had a lot of contact with one of these pc's -wont say which ;)- through sing song. A lot of my sisters hang out with some of these guys but I always think some of them are just kinda goofy... a few reaallly good looking guys though for both. but awkward...
Beta
A lot of the betas are super involved and I know some but I can't tell if they have much fun as a frat. Definitely have "their own type." I'm sure they got a lot of kids that would have gone old Sig ep. They seem like they have some real nice guys.

Of these two, only Sig Ep really has room to grow They just need some time I guess, but they always had cute guys!
