cool girls, not exactly the hottest, but still chill and nice. used to be top 3 and now down a little, but still better than most.

No one except a Chi O would write something about them being top tier or top 3 because there's actually no way in hell that's true. They are GREAT girls but realistically they are not the top 3 and are known for only hanging out with sig eps (the diaries and fail friday anyone?)
