fraternity bids

do kids from the east/west coast (non southerners) get many bids from top/mid tier frats? does it matter at all?

It doesn't matter what part of the country you're from. FIJI and Pike are both top tier frats and both have most of their brothers from California and the east coast. The only fraternities that really are "southern" are SAE and KA. All the rest have brothers from all over the country.
