To me Sigma Chi is already with Phi Delt in the middle top - and i think both of them are moving up. Both had good classes last year and look to be doing well again based on who seems to be grouping up this year.

Think SAE is down a bit.

Agree KA also improving.

Anytime pike, a small (46 Member House) is listed as a top tier fraternity, it is written by a pike.

Accurate, but I think Kappa would go down before Pi Phi, and Beta has already moved past Lambda.
