pike is a small SMU fraternity with 48 members.
They actually are a bottom tier fraternity in size.
Listing them as a middle tier fraternity is a gift.

If pike has another bottom tier PC this Spring as they had last year, they will be bottom tier for years to come.....
Not a sig but thanx for the complement.

Pike, your 48 member house is not a top/large fraternity.
Very bottom Mid-tier and falling....

Sig Ep does not exist.
