top house - sigma chi
by: guySigma Chi has made some moves recently. Don't have quite the money of SAE but are right up there now with Fiji as a top house. Girls love going to Sigma Chi parties and once the new house is built they may very well be the top house at SMU.

you cannot be serious. sigma chi is a decent house, but its mid-tier at best. they basically bid every freshman guy who hangs around the house during their first semester and gets to know enough of the guys, which leads to enormous pledge classes with an interesting mix. yeah, there is a group within sigma chi that could have made it into top tier houses, but as a whole it is a very average fraternity with more quantity than quality.

Yeah, Sigma Chi is a top 3 fraternity at SMU. They are one of the 3 fraternities with more than 120 members. As Tex Ritter said, "always be humble and everyone will like you".
Fiji, Sigma Chi and SAE should all be strong and silent. Let the smaller "want to be" fraternities keep taking shots on GR. The top 3 will always get payback during Spring Rush.
