Mid-Top: PhiDelt
Middle: SigEp, Sigma Chi, KA, Lambda
Bottom: Beta, Kappa Sig

SMU has 3 top fraternities with over 125 members: SAE, Sigma Chi and Fiji
3 middle size fraternities with 50-75 members: KA, Phi Delt and Pike
3 small size fraternities with under 50 members: Lambda Chi, Beta and Kappa Sig
Sig Ep is just an idea, no house or active chapter.

Go back to your school's site and stay off the SMU site.

All these sig Chis trying to rate themselves top tier based on size.. It's all about the brotherhood and then men who make up your fraternity and sadly sig chi based on those to factors is heavy middle

Why does Tri Delt keep getting placed above Chi-O? Girls want to go Chi-O, nobody wants Tri Delt.

These are the most inaccurate rankings ever. If you think that Sig Chi is top three you are lying to yourself. The tier system does not work on how many members are in the fraternity so whoever said that has no idea what they are talking about. The top houses switch around every once in a while. KA used to be the best house and then they got kicked off, so they are not that good anymore. Currently the top houses are Pike, Fiji, and SAE. Anyone who argues against that has no idea what they are talking about and is just trolling on this site to try and make their fraternity seem somewhat relevant.
