There's only 8 sororities, with 10 fraternities (including SigEp). Should be 10-10, especially considering there's 3 unused sorority houses.

Don't worry, they'll both be back but not until the greek system improves. They still own their houses but neither will invest in a colonization untill the climate is more positive and unified.
