Theta Society is not above Pi Phi and definitely not equal to Kappa.
It will be interesting to see what happens to them with fall recruitment. They will prob get their usual Inta-ho types that are cut by Theta and Kappa, but prob starting to lose their momentum soon.

TS took a lot of great girls around 40 last spring not sure that’s losing steam. The 1990’s was likely a chirp at calling TS Theta Society by an old person who isn’t a student.

TS should not be included in this, people are saying they’re not even taking girls this year… with that being said this is the most accurate ranking other than 2 should be Phi Delt/Fiji
