Positive constructive projects that Greek Row should accomplish this year. 😊
1. 💑 Consider using/renting the Theta Chapter house for those sororities that can/do not want to host afternoon mixers at their Chapter house. The Theta house has a beautiful courtyard with an attached kitchen and dining area.
2. 🏛 All agree the Sigma Chi temporary facade does not match their large house or our beautiful Georgian style campus. A simple 3-month construction project over summer break would be the best time to complete this necessary project.
3. 💲 All Greek chapters were shocked to see how one rogue Fiji Chapter Treasurer could financially dissolve its future. Greek Chapters should transition away from a "single Treasurer" to a "Financial Oversight Committee" for all purchases over $50.

All Greek members especially the sororities would like to see the Sigma Chi Chapter house finally completed with a renovated front facade. The current temporary one has been in place for over 30 years. It does match our beautiful Georgian style campus of their large building. Guys, it is an eye soar for the campus. 🙄
We acknowledge Sigma Chi has one of the largest alumni associations in the DFW area and nationally. Getting an alumni or alumni associated contractor to build and complete your Chapter house this summer at a reasonable rate should not be a problem. 🤠
It is time to elevate your chapter house to our campus standard. Tear down that old odd looking temporary Chapter house odd facade & replace it with a permanent campus matching Georgian style 3 story portico porch facade covering the 5 centered windows with a one story centered rise. 🏛 Then replace the roof trim with 2 foot wide carpentered trim and outside accenting window shutters. 🏛
The current small porch can then be moved to your courtyard centered back wall with the fraternity lettering facing the parking lot. Consider building an island grill/bar beneath the expanded courtyard porch. 😎
Your corner Chapter house 🏛 is the most widely seen Greek house on campus. It really needs renovations this summer. 🤭

I agree with everyone that it would be clearly the best use of time, finances and effort for the Sigma Chi chapter. The chapter house facade is the face of the fraternity. This suggested facade renovation would illustrate power, dominance and prestige to this chapter. 🏛
It would enhance the university campus, Greek Row and this chapter. Hope to see it completed by the Fall. 😀
