Extents of Theta hazing???

Forced alcohol consumption at an off-campus location and some girls got kicked down the stairs. If they come back in 2024 they will have to build back from the ground up with a starter new member class with bids offered way after formal recruitment in spring or wait until fall. They will get the leftovers from all the other houses. All the alumnae support in the world won't help them come back to top.

Today's 8th graders will form Theta's first new member class when they come back in 2028. The chapter has been killed by the bad attitudes that still persist. Theta needs to start pulling pins of those members if they haven't already. Alumnae status for them is just going to ricochet the problem right back again if they are involved in re-establishment.

With the "Theta Society" attempting to hang on to their social status, it is unlikely Theta Nationals/Alum's will bring back the SMU Chapter until that group have all graduated, transferred, dropped out of college, etc.
My guess is 2028 is more likely.
Again, just due to the "Theta Society" girls.
