For pnms here’s the deal

There are three tops-Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi. These three are universally considered the top. Pretty much all the same slight differences but all are well desired and exclusive. Theta is more influencer vibes and trendy, kappa is more old money and social, and Pi Phi is more classy and social. However these really all are the same.
There are 2 pretty good ones-Tri Delt and Chi O. These two are what pnms hope to get if they get cut by the top 3 usually. Tri Delt has more wild girls and chi o has more reserved girls than Tri Delt but still get a good amount of partiers. They’re just better at hiding it. Still decent sororities that are respected.
There are 2 alright ones-DG and AXO.
These two are pretty much both the same. It pretty much just depends who rushes you but they’re not awful just not the most popular. Getting better.
There’s a bottom house-Gphi. Unfortunately someone has to be at the bottom. It’s Gphi. This is typically the last pick for pnms. Some girls in it like it but just not very popular on campus.

I think it is pretty irresponsible to keep listing Theta. There will be girls going through recruitment this spring who will drop out when they don't get back Pi Phi/Kappa/Tri Delt/Chi O who will just say, "Well, I will just wait for Theta to come back!" Nobody knows how they will come back, and exactly when.

NOBODY is going to drop out of recruitment to wait for Theta to come back. They won't be back for at least 2 years, more like 3 if their nationals has their way, which means that pnm's who 'wait' would be juniors or possibly even seniors by then. So no, that's not going to happen among pnm's. When Theta does come back, there will be NO members of the disaffiliated chapter, just a physical house. Alums from other chapters will have to put together a rush for them. Theta will have to start back from scratch. It's going to be a tough climb for them.

Some girls may not rush, not the wait for theta but because they are theta vibe and don’t wanna join a house that won’t suit them.
