There are 3 top houses

The thetas act like they’re the only good house. The truth is there are 3. If Theta was still here it would be Theta, Kappa, and Pi Phi. All the same but also different. The top 3 among pnms. Now that Theta isn’t around thetas pnms would be mixed between kappa and pi phi. But they are all desired.

Theta isn’t the only good house, yes there are others, but Theta had a much powerful name and influence in comparison to other houses
