Who is top house now that theta is “gone”?

Obvi theta is going to be still top while they try to manage being underground. But will either kappa or pi phi take too spot as top affiliated smu house? Which house do u guys think, kappa or pi phi?

Kappa definitely has more top house energy than pi phi does.
