they go underground, and they will never be reinstated. they're in trouble. takes A LOT to have both nationals and the school revoke your charter.

I’m sure the girls are aware of how sticky taking an underground member class can get and let alone how they don’t typically work. But, if anyone can make it work it would be thetas so if they did pull that off I’m sure it would be cool.

No "underground" membership - would require national participation. What's usually done is national will wait about 4-5 years, until all the current members have graduated or gone, then recolonize. What happens to the house depends on the agreement nationals has with the university. What was it? A 7 million renovation. Hate to be the women (and parents of) who caused this.
