Sororities in descriptions

The university and our National Offices will mandate on-campus mixers, parties and other activities for the foreseeable future. That being said, Sororities must step up financially to host and share in the financial burden for these Greek Life activities.

The new concept of afternoon socials with selected fraternities is really resonating down sorority row. These non-alcohol afternoon functions at each sorority house's courtyard, yard or reception areas will be a highlight of the Fall semester. These afternoon socials will bring sober courting gentlemen to our sorority Chapter Houses once a week. 🥰

Each sorority should "step-up & host" an afternoon social with a selected fraternity. These socials, now mixers can be non-alcohol afternoon functions at each sorority house at their courtyard, yard or reception areas. This will bring sober courting gentlemen to our Chapter Houses once a week.

The fraternities in turn can host a weekend evening party at their Chapter House with a sorority member date they met at that week’s sorority mixer.

Hope these constructive ideas will bring Greek Life back to the Hilltop next Fall. 😎
