SMU public service announcement

You do not go to Harvard. This is a school where wealthy kids go who can’t get in anywhere else. Texas kids who can’t get into UTX, cali kids who can’t get into usc and southern kids whose parents think they are too good for Alabama.

It is true. There is another thread where people are arguing about who has more expensive shoes….. Btw, I don’t think UTX and USC grads will be working for you unless you inherited the company and then you’ll be thankful because someone will know what they are doing!

No, not jealous of what you can buy and flaunt. Now, if any of you have actually accomplished something notable, or have a tremendous work ethic, or go out of your way to put others ahead of yourself, and are humble and gracious about that, then I will be envious, and will want to emulate you. But if your focus is about how others perceive you and being jealous, then you can 'kiss kiss' yourself and move right along.

Every single school mentioned in this thread is a great school where you will get a great education. There are millions of people on this earth who wish they could get an education at any of these schools. Sometimes we forget how lucky we are.
