Are the underground pledges mostly sigeps or Pikes or neither, or are they in every house

Underground pledges are forbidden by the University.

Underground Pledges:
Student with a criminal record
Student with a University disciplinary record
Student who did not make passing grades
Undocumented non-University student
Sig Ep Active

The Pikes have bragged about having underground pledges this year.
