The small facade does not fit the large Sigma Chi building. This is the year to finally replace it!

A dominant 3 story facade would make a major statement on that busy campus street corner. The Sigma Chis should figure that out - soon.

The Sigma Chis need to tear down that old temporary Chapter house facade & replace it with a permanent campus matching Georgian style 3 story portico porch facade with wide columns, wider roof trim and outside accenting window shutters. That widely seen corner Chapter house really needs renovations.

It would give them a prominent image on one the most visible campus street corners. They are one of the largest fraternities & should be able to afford it.

Everyone should bring up these 3 projects at Chapter this week. Nothing wrong w/them.

As soon as we get the green light from national on hosted mixers, we are in.

Every time we pass by the Sigma Chi house, we all agree it needs a better, larger facade. A few sisters are ready to donate to get it done already.

Fijis have been really quiet this semester. Hope it is not too late to donate.

These are great pref topics for today. 🤗

The university and our National Offices will mandate on-campus mixers, parties and other activities for the foreseeable future. That being said, Sororities must step up financially to host and share in the financial burden for these Greek Life activities.

Each sorority should step-up & host an afternoon social with a selected fraternity. These socials, now mixers can be non-alcohol afternoon functions at each sorority house at their courtyard, yard or reception areas. This will bring sober courting gentlemen to our Chapter Houses once a week.

The fraternities in turn can host a weekend evening party at their Chapter House with a sorority member date they met at that week’s sorority mixer.

Hope these constructive ideas will bring Greek Life back to the Hilltop next Fall. 😃
