Oh my gosh. Why is Kappa so low?

Kappa didn’t do too well this year. Not sure if they deserve that spot overall but maybe for this pc. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Pi Phi did better than kappa or theta and honestly xo did too.... ddd and dg have really cute PCs. It was a weird year.
