Why doesn’t SMU have Zeta?

Genuine question, why doesn’t SMU have a chapter of Zeta? They do pretty well at UT and TCU. It’s the only big six chapter SMU doesn’t have.

Phi Mu was also here until the 90s until they left and were replaced by Alpha Chi

Top tier at most colleges in Texas consists of at least one of these. Most have two or three as top chapters.
