Fixed it:

Fiji, SAE, Pike, Phi Delt, LXA: Better parties, future car dealers and real estate salesmen

Sig Ep, KA, Sigma Chi, Beta, Kappa Sig: Parties not as good, future lawyers, MBAs, doctors, hi-tech entrepreneurs

Fiji/Pike: Intense, fun guys, some egos
SAE: Daddy's money, some genuine
Phi Delt: Coming back but not as good as SAE yet
SigEp: Half and half, wish they could only keep the cool ones. About to be an anomaly.
SigmaChi/Lambda: Some fun guys, some sketch/weird
KA: Southern, not necessarily a bad thing
Beta: Some better pledges the past two years, nice guys but just don't throw as big of parties as they probably want.
Kappa Sig: Unique in their own way, a lot of sketch/non-traditional types but a few nice guys can be found if you look hard.

Please don't bash other fraternities. Lambda had a good run of parties first semester. They are definately middle tier along with EX and now maybe SigEp if they go underground /kicked off

Don't bash Frats... Don't call a Power Five Frat middle tier. There are only small frats and the Power Five at SMU.
