Fiji - Cool cali bros, Huge new PC, Many hotties / Pike - Foreigners, Workout addicts, many have amazing abs
SAE - Beer bellies and a thick wallet / Phi Delt- Mysterious, Southern, hit or miss for hotness
Sig Chi - Chill, Some are super hot, Good new PC / Lambda - Love to drink, good guys, A few randos
KA - Super southern boys, Wholesome
Beta - Good boys that you would take home or to church, kinda awkward though/ Sig Ep - Sig Ep Hairsalon
Kappa Sig - Did they even take a pledge class?

sigma chi is not top tier. pike is not really top or middle tier (somewhere in between)
phi delt is the same as pike in that sense. fiji and sae are the two top tiers that are for sure. pike and phi delt are the closest to being sure top tier (if they aren't already). sig ep and sigma chi are probably after them but the again who knows if sig ep will even be here in a few weeks.

They all have elements of being considered top tier.
The Power Five will all have about the same membership numbers and quality in the next 3 years. 4 Real
