The average Spring semester surplus is @ $1,000+ per member.
The average Chapter has 100-200 members or $100-$200,000 in surplus this semester.

Finally finish your Chapter house's front facade. It has been 35 years since your house was built with a temporary facade. Finally, -replace it with a 3 story portico facade with large columns, outside accent window shutters and dominant wider house trim. Use the SAE house as a model.

Make house improvements to draw us to your Fall mixers.
