Kappa, Pi Phi, Theta

What are the distinct reputations between these three houses? Just looking at Instagram I would assume Theta is is like rich and hot girls (maybe superficial), kappa is rich a party animals, and pi phi is like maybe sweet popular girls?? Also I would guess Theta is like the best of these three just off of Instagram

Kappa is rich, classy, pretentious
Pi Phi is rich, classy, down to earth
Theta is rich, trendy, alternative, pretty, blonde
