Which college SMU or TCU?

I'm thinking of transferring for the fall and I don't know which college to apply to. I had my mind on SMU during my senior year of high school but I didn't apply. I'm mainly looking for a school with a amazing anthropology and film program. I also want to join greek life. Lastly, I want to attend a college with a good amount of diversity since I'm a person of color.
