Sororities 1-3 bid 85-95%+ to legacies ONLY.
Sororities 4-6 bid 70-85%+ to legacies ONLY.
Sorority 7 bids to 85% of PNMs.
Sorority 8 bids to 100% of PNMs.

SMU's Top 6 Sororities are almost a CLOSED LEGACY Society.
Spring Recruitment is a FARCE for most NON-LEGACY PNMs.

This Spring 2020 recruitment was another WELCOME CEREMONY for legacies. Panhellenic MUST fully disclose the truthful legacy-filled recruitment results. Listing each sorority and number of legacies in each PC for the past 3 years.

This PNM REQUIRED early Fall semester disclosure will prepare next Spring 2021 PNMs the "realistic slim-chance of a bid" from the top 6 sororities. Hopefully preventing another Springtime of newly shocked GDIs.

Dallas Highland Park, Houston Memorial, most private schools in San Antonio/Fort Worth/Houston etc. (Leave out Dallas, bc Hockaday girls don’t even consider SMU). SA girls go Theta, FW go Kappa, along with most small town texas private school girls. Houston girls are all over the place. Dk about Mountain Brook in Alabama, but lots of Bayside Academy (Fairhope + surrounding areas, huuuuge amount of Kappa’s). Nashville private schools (also Kappa). Any SoCal schools in wealthy areas, doesn’t really matter if they’re private or public (think Pacific Palisades/Brentwood/Pasadena, Kappa and Theta). Lovett in Atlanta (almost exclusively Pi Phi). New York/Connecticut girls are all over the place in PKT, but mostly private (Not the usual New England boarding type of schools, think local Country Day schools). Midwest (private) mostly go Theta. Arkansas girls are mostly in Pi Phi, a few in Kappa. St Louis in Kappa as well.Also saw a lot of Arizona girls go Pi Phi.

Just saw this post. This shows the level of pettiness and obsession you poor Pony People have with your Greek system, and your slavery to its caste system.

Yes, UT has our "big six" but our other houses are strong. Because our campus is so big and competive academically, there is actually some comaraderie between different houses, particularly after freshman year.

The post above shows that someone us waaaaaaaay too obsessed with your little bubble of privilege.

Well, since I go to a university with competitive academics, I had better put down the phone and get back to studying.

Note: If ya'all had done that in high school, you might be at a more reputable university!

Fort Worth private schools feed into theta and pi phi
Houston goes to any of them
San Antonio goes theta
Dallas schools go theta
California girls go theta or pbp
Nashville goes pi phi or kkg
Arizona goes pi phi
Alabama goes kkg

Dallas is pretty much kappa or pi phi, not theta at all... Additionally Atlanta goes pi phi then kappa.

I’m from Fort Worth and everyone goes theta this is right and a large majority of Dallas is split between PKT but HP goes theta
