Frat:
Top: SAE, FIJI, Phi Delt
SAE and FIJI tied, although FIJI’s money/small PC issues may affect that in the future, mostly up to preference. Phi Delt lower but seems to be trending in the right direction.
Middle: Sig Ep, Sig Chi, Beta
Sig Ep and Sig Chi are basically equal but Sig Ep has better sorority relations with this new PC as well as stealing a lot of FIJI guys. Beta is a little tier below.
Lower:
KSig, AEPi, Sig Nu
KSig rising, other two trying to get off the ground BYX is its own thing so not rating it.
Sororities:
Top:
PKT
Pretty obvious. Kappas PC isn’t as strong as years past and Pi Phi’s is stronger. Theta is overall really attractive but has some weird girls in the back half. Basically, pick your poison with whichever you’ll like best.
Middle: Tri Delt and Chi O
Tri Delt is definitely above Chi O as they got a really strong PC this year with a lot of good looking girls. Chi O isn’t as good as last year and the top half of their PC is very different than the bottom half.
Lower:
DG, AXO, GPhi
DG definitely has better fraternity relations than AXO but their girls are pretty similar. That reputation probably puts DG a touch higher in ranking. GPhi does their own thing and I respect it.

Adding aepi and signu has helped KSig by rise. And phi delt staying out of trouble(along with pike being history 😞) has helped them start to come back towards the top. their historical legacy, along with there strong alumni base helps too. I think sig chi would have a better rep if they weren’t so damn obvious and aggressive with their posting on here.
