The land was going to be the New Sigma Chi house, but they can't get a good price from the school to sell their's. I think either Sig Nu is trying to build or the School is trying to develop the land with the ability to lease it out to a frat.

our nationals along with dallas alum are funding us a $20 million dollar mansion, this along with our valiant rush effort should put us in a good position to challenge the top tiers

So why did you guys tell all the freshmen during rounds that it was $11 million? Also congrats on breaking double digits on rush this year. You're giving AEPi a run for their money.

during rounds our house was $11 million. After a tremendous rush season, nationals and dallas alum were so impressed that we managed to raise $9 million more.
