Top Tier:
Kappa/Pi Phi/Theta

It really doesn’t matter the order because they are all top, will stay top, and will continue to be top. If you really asked the current, it’s probably Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa, but truth is doesn’t matter. See note on bottom as to why.

Middle Tier:
Tri Delt
Chi O

Bottom Tier:
DG
AXO
GPhi

A few really important things to get if you are trying to learn this. First, these rankings are locked... you see everyone debates the tiers (wit exception of top tier, but alas still top), but not the order. That’s because SMU sorority alumni ensure this order doesn’t change and prevent new houses from being added. And tiers? There isn’t such thing as upper top and lower middle. It’s judt the order. Any claim of those are DG and Tri Delt trying to go up. The matter of the fact is these are locked in.

And not to be that guy, but if you don’t go GPhi you are in a great sorority so who cares? Okay, GPhi has some fun girls, but still.
