my grades arent great..

is it tough to get an underground bid if my grades aren't there? Ill be a Sophmore and trying to rush in the fall.

Generally speaking if guys like you they’ll give you a bid regardless of your grades, though it completely depends on the house. Oftentimes they’ll give social bids or underground bids.

I have a question too..how important for fall rush is it to know the rush chairs? I know a lot of guys in the house I am interested in as well but didnt get to meet the rush chairs before I left for summer as they were chosen so late in the semester. How does fall rush work?
