I didn’t get a bid there so I went sig Ep and dropped but sig chis are dope. Every girl loves Sig chi, and they like only mix with pi phi and theta. Def overtook Sae this spring

This is another Phi Delt spear post.
The Delts have had a long fixation with top tier fraternities.
Top tier fraternities SAE, SX and Fiji rarely post on Greek Rank.

The Delts are the new Lambda Chi.
They gave bids to all the effeminate pledges this year.
There are enough effeminate SMU PNMs each year to keep the Delts mid tier for the long haul.
